I love working & living in
the Sierra Foothills. Our motto is "Vacation Where
You Live." and it is not just a saying. With all
the Lakes, Golf Courses and Ski Resorts with-in walking
or driving distance from all parts of our county we
really do have it all. These are only a few of the reasons
you will want to look at Nevada County to fulfill your
dreams. I am available to give you a personal tour &
if you are selling your home, I am available to find
you the buyer you need.
I will be with you throughout the whole transaction
from start to finish. Much of the area I work in is
considered Placer County & whether it is Nevada
or Placer I have access to information & know both
counties well.
Even though we pride ourselves on our beautiful lakes
& etc., we have access within an hour to some of
the best hospitals in California and within 15 to 20
minutes we have wonderful medical facilities including
our own hospitals. Our large shopping centers that include
Costco, Sams, and our Galleria with all major chains
represented is with-in an average of 30 minutes from
almost any place you could live in the two counties.
We have many more large grocery stores & etc. within
minutes of most homes, but with all this to offer we
can still pride ourselves on the beautiful rural, low
crime, great schools, many churches and small community
atmosphere we offer to all lucky enough to live here.
