Meet the Realtor:
Hannah Farquhar
When anxious homebuyers and sellers
spend sleepless nights worrying about their pending
real estate transactions, chances are an equally anxious
REALTOR ® is pacing the floors, too. "They
don't realize it," says Hannah Farquhar of the
Real Estate Center in Auburn, "but I'm up at night,
too. I worry about it just as much as the buyers and
sellers."
Hannah's integrity and genuine compassion for her clients
puts them at ease during the stressful process of purchasing
or selling a home, and at times she feels more like
a counselor than an agent. "This is such an important
life decision."
Hannah joined the Real Estate Center at Lake of the
Pines 4 years ago, after many years as a real estate
investor in the Reno area. She is also a Graduate REALTOR
® Institute (GRI), a comprehensive training program
recognized as the national standard for real estate
professionalism and knowledge. Knowing the industry
from the perspective of an investor gives her a unique
advantage not usually known by a real estate agent.
After so many years of buying and selling her own properties,
she hasn't forgotten what it's like to be on the other
side of the desk.
A Foothills specialist, Hannah sells mostly in the Placer
and Nevada County area from Grass Valley to Auburn.
